Great location, apartment needs some maintenance Positive: Great location, nice pool And view of golf Course. Living room furniture seemed quite new. Negative: We felt poorly maintained, handles falling off, bathrooms very tired, shortages of towels, clothes hangers. Managing agents did their best to sort out our issues.

Nice property, but rigid policies and lack of flexibility from the host negatively impacted the overall experience. Positive: The apartment itself was clean and well furnished, and the interior looked modern and comfortable. Negative: The experience with the host was disappointing. The check-in time was strictly at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Even after requesting a short late check-out, there was no flexibility or accommodation, which made the stay inconvenient and felt unwelcoming.

لا تصلح كنظام شقق فندقيه Positive: اعجبني ان الشقه قريبه من كل شيء في جزيره ياس Negative: مكيف الغرفه الرئسيه لا يعمل بلغتهم ان كانت الليله الاولي الغرفه بارده من باقي مكيفات الشقه وكتشفن ان المكيف لا يعمل الساعه الواحده بعد منتصف الليل الخميس واخبرت الموضفه المسؤله عن هذا العطل يوم الجمعه الصبح وهذا بعد ماستكملت نوكي في الصاله حتى الصباح ،،، وابلغتها وتم ارسال عمال الصيانه بع الساعه 7:30 مساءً وقال ان المكيف لا يعمل من فتره طويله وقبل قدومنا للشقه .. وبلغوها وطلب منها تعويضي كأني مستأجره شقه غرفه وصاله .. ارجوا من اداره بوكينج الموقره اتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمه وتعويضي ولا انصح اي احد بستاجار شقق ليسه بها خدمات مثل الشققه الفندقيه المعروفه ،. انا في انتظار ردكم في اسرع وقت ممكن
